Please refer to our size chart on each product page to ensure the best fit. Measure yourself and compare your measurements with our size guide. If you are unsure, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

3. What is your return and exchange policy?

 

We offer a hassle-free return or exchange within 7 days of purchase. Return is for store credit ONLY. Items must be in original condition and packaging free of perfume, makeup, pet hair, or deodorant stains. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. 4. How long will it take to receive my order?

 

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped out immediately. For delivery within the U.S. orders typically take an additional 3-5 business days, depending on your location.

 

 

5. Do you ship internationally?

 

No, We do not offer international shipping for now.

 

 

6. Can I track my order?

 

Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on our website or the carrier’s website.

 

 

7. What payment methods do you accept?

 

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and Apple Pay. We also offer Afterpay for interest-free installment payments.

We offer custom orders on our NSPPD Store items only, for custom orders on T-shirts, hoodies, mouse pads, and tumblers, please send an email to shopregalst@gmail.com, customerservice@regalstyletrends.com.

 

11. What materials are your clothes made from?

 

We pride ourselves on using high-quality, sustainable materials. Each product page includes detailed information about the materials used. If you have specific questions, feel free to contact us

 

 

12. How do I care for my new clothes?

 

Care instructions are provided on the label of each garment. Additionally, you can find care instructions on the product page. For most items, we recommend washing in cold water and laying flat to dry.

 

 

13. Do you have a physical store?

 

Currently, we operate exclusively online to bring you the best prices and a wide selection of styles. However, stay tuned for pop-up events and possible future store openings.

 

 

14. Can I cancel or modify my order after it’s been placed?

 

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been processed, we may not be able to make changes.
