Our Return Policy:
Regal Style Trends will only accept unworn items, unwashed that were purchased on our online store for store credit ONLY within 10 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging free of perfume, makeup, pet hair, or deodorant stains.
Non-returnable items include: Nightwear, Loungewear, Final Sales+Discounted items

A pre-paid return label can be generated and downloaded from our returns center. Once we receive your return, the cost of the return label ($7.95) will be deducted from your total return amount.
Returns are for STORE CREDIT only. And will be issued in the form of an e-gift card within 7 business days of us receiving your returned package.
returns received within 10 days of delivery, will be inspected for signs of wear or use, if the item is deemed in returnable condition, You will be issued a store credit in the form of an e-gift card. your package must be post-marked and sent back within 10 days of the original delivery date.
If an item is damaged upon arrival, please let us know through our return portal within 5 days. item cannot be washed or worn when claimed as damage. After 5days, RST will not be responsible.
All sale items are final sale. sales include but are not limited to flash sales, coupon codes, sale items and purchases made during a sale or with a discount code of any sort cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping
Shipping and handling charges on your order are non-refundable. All refunds will be for the price of the returned item(s) and tax (if applicable), but not the cost of shipping.
If the item arrives damaged or there is a mistake on our part (if you received the wrong item/color/size), you will be reimbursed for the purchase, including shipping fees.
REGAL STYLES TRENDS CLOTHING is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once marked as "delivered". Please contact your local post office to settle a claim or track package.
It is the buyer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. If the package is lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, no refund will be made.
